BS 1387 galvanized steel pipes are manufactured in full compliance with the British Standard BS 1387, designed for low-pressure fluid transmission, structural support, and general construction applications. Available in outside diameters from 21.3 mm to 355.6 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.6 mm to 12 mm, these pipes are offered in Light, Medium, and Heavy classes to suit different pressure and load requirements. The hot-dipped galvanized coating, with zinc mass ranging from 80 g/m² to 500 g/m², provides superior corrosion resistance and a long service life, making the pipes ideal for water supply, gas piping, scaffolding, fencing, and greenhouse structures. Material grades include Q195, Q235, Q345, and equivalent international grades such as S235JR and SS400, ensuring consistent mechanical properties and weldability. Both plain ends and threaded ends with couplings are available, and custom lengths from 2 to 12 meters can be supplied.
