After marking processing is a very important part for protectiong pipes.
Passivation:
We have our own invention patent in passivation processing – passivation liquid automatic spraying system. It can ensure the uniformity of the passivation liquid on the pipe surface. Meanwhile we use a high quality passivation liquid. The pipe surface is more beautiful and the protection is more efficient.
Each order pipe will be under a salt spray test and our pipe can keep sure lasting at least 8 hours without any corrosion.
If we do not have the passivation part or use a low quality(cheaper) passivation liquid,
what will happen?

After a short time storage, we can see the difference. Our pipe is still perfect. But the
other one with a low quality passivation liquid has been rusting.
It not only enfluences the surface, but also enfluences the using life.
After the passivation, we also have an oiled precessing in production lines which can olied the pipe for customers for free. But usually our galvanized pipe doesn’t need do the oiling processing. But if any client need to do this protection, it is not a problem.
