Galvanized steel pipe

Galvanizing square pipe is divided into hot galvanizing square pipe and cold galvanizing square pipe.
It is the addition of these two galvanized square tubes that results in their different physical and chemical properties.
In general, they differ in strength, toughness and mechanical properties.
The square tube is a kind of square tube formed by welding the square tube which is made of the steel plate or the coil forming of the steel band.
The production process of hot galvanizing square pipe is relatively simple and the production efficiency is very high, the variety specification is also many, this kind of square pipe needs the equipment and the fund is very few, suits the small galvanizing square pipe manufacturer's production.
But in terms of strength, this kind of steel tube is much lower than the seamless square tube.
Cold galvanizing square tube is used on the square tube to use the cold galvanizing principle to make square tube has the anticorrosion performance.
Different from hot-dip galvanizing, cold galvanizing coating is mainly used for corrosion protection through electrochemical principle. Therefore, full contact between zinc powder and steel must be ensured to generate electrode potential difference. Therefore, surface treatment of steel is very important.

Transportation and Delivery
We have professional shipping agent for all the transportation of our products. Products will be packed in bags,box,or in other way as discussed, then in container. Products will be transported from factory to shipping port by truck. Finally it will be loaded on ship to destination.

1. by bundles, each bundle weight under 3 tons, for small outer diameter seamless steel pipe, each bundle with 4 - 8 steel strips.

3. make black paints painting or as discussed on each pipe, then make bundle
