1. What is the standard size of scaffolding pipes?
The most common size is 48.3 mm outer diameter with 3.2 mm or 4.0 mm wall thickness. We also produce other diameters such as 42.4 mm, 60.3 mm, and 76.1 mm according to customer requirements.

2. Which standards do your scaffolding pipes comply with?
Our scaffolding pipes are produced to BS1139, EN39, EN10219, and ASTM A53 standards. We can also supply pipes according to other national standards upon request.

3. What is the difference between hot-dip galvanized and pre-galvanized scaffolding pipes?
Hot-dip galvanized pipes are dipped into molten zinc after pipe forming, resulting in a thicker zinc coating (40–85 μm) and stronger corrosion resistance. Pre-galvanized pipes are made from pre-galvanized steel strips, having a thinner but more uniform coating (10–20 μm). Hot-dip galvanized pipes are recommended for outdoor and long-term scaffolding projects.

4. Can you provide cutting, threading, or end finishing services?
Yes, we have 10 deep-processing production lines. We can provide cutting to length, threading, grooving, punching, and other end treatments according to your drawings.

5. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is typically 5–10 tons for standard sizes. For trial orders, smaller quantities can be accepted with a slightly higher unit price. Please contact us for exact MOQ based on your specifications.

6. How do you ensure the quality of scaffolding pipes?
Every batch undergoes strict inspection including dimension check, zinc coating thickness test, tensile test, and hydrostatic pressure test. Mill test certificates (MTC) are provided with each shipment, and third-party inspection is available.

7. What is the delivery time?
For standard sizes, the delivery time is 10–15 days after order confirmation. Customized sizes may take 20–30 days depending on production schedule and quantity.

8. Do you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples for quality evaluation. The buyer only needs to cover the shipping cost. Sample fees can be refunded on the first formal order.
