Q1:What about the quality?
A1:Third party inspections are always welcomed, as part of our dedication to the industry, we do make arrangement for such inspections-ABS, DNV, BV, ect.
Q2:How long is your delivery time?
A2:Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock. It's according to quantity.
Q3:Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A3:Sample is free but you will have to pay the cost of freight.
Q4:May I customize the steel pipe?
A4:Yes, you can, we can manufacture according to your requirement, you can send the CAD ordesign drawing to us.
Q5:Any value-add services?
A5:Fottunately for you, we are very experience in this industry. We have equipped our warehouse with the necessities to perform in-house painting, coating and pipe-cutting.
Q6:How about the trade terms?
A6:EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF will be accepted.
