ArcelorMittal's Dofasco steel plant in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, also cut production, the company said. It is reported that the annual capacity of Dofasco's No. 3 blast furnace is about 716000 tons, which is the smallest of the three blast furnaces in the plant. The annual shipment of Dofasco steel in ArcelorMittal is about 4.08 million tons.
