Central Bank: RMB Deposits Decreased By 1.13 Trillion Yuan in July

At the end of July, the balance of domestic and foreign currency deposits was 231.92 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.8%. The balance of RMB deposits at the end of the month was 225.49 trillion yuan, an increase of 8.6% year-on-year, and the growth rate was 0.6 and 1.7% lower than the end of the previous month and the same period of the previous year, respectively. Among them, RMB deposits decreased by 1.13 trillion yuan in July, an increase of 1.21 trillion yuan year-on-year.
