1. Material
We buy the material from Chinese famous factory. Like Haigang, Yurunde...
After the material comes, we will test the material first. Material meeting standard is a very important part. And before uncoil the material, we will calculate the with of the coil by the pipe sizes strictly.
2. Welding
We use the latest welding machines. The cost is about four times as the normal machines. But the speed is faster and quality better.
Additional, we will check the repair the machines at a regular time.
3. Zinc supplement
After welding the pipe, the surface will exist a welding seam. Our factory will use the zinc wire of 99.98% purity to do the zinc supplement. So that the pipe will be used for more time without corrosion.
But some factory will only do the zinc spraying which makes the surface almost same but can not protect the pipes.
4. Sizing and straightening
After welding, the pipe maybe a little deformed because of the high temperature. So we will sizing and straightening the pipe to keep sure the diameter, thickness more accurate.
5. Passivation
Here is another part differing from other factories. Some small factory will escape this part or use the low quality passivation liquid. The zinc coating will be easily distroyed. We TYT use our own invention patent automatic spraying system and with a high quality passivation liquid. So our pipe usually can be used for more time.
6. Packing
We use machines to pack the pipe automaticly. It can avoid the damage to the pipes and speed faster.
