Shougang Jingtang Phase II No. 3 5500m3 blast furnace system 4 hot blast stoves and two preheating furnaces, using high radiation coating energy-saving technology project, was successfully completed on November 18.
The project is in the high-temperature zone of the hot blast stove and the preheating furnace. The silice bricks are immersed in the “Jenengwang” nano-micron high-temperature infrared energy-saving paint. The construction started in the plant in mid-September 2018. It lasted for 2 months and was coffered with heat storage. The area is 122,000 m2. Both parties of the project carried out strict quality control on the construction link, and sent samples to the National Industrial Construction and Construction Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for inspection. The project indexes such as paint refractoriness, adhesion, emissivity and thermal storage capacity of the covered lattice bricks were fully achieved. Technical agreement requirements.
The project is tested according to GB/T 31934-2015 "Measurement and calculation method of high-radiation coating heat storage", and the heat storage capacity of the regenerator is increased by 12.78%. It is expected that the energy-saving benefit can reach 13 million yuan/year after being put into production. The investment can be recovered within one year, and the benefit period is more than 10 years. At the same time, after coating high-temperature infrared energy-saving coatings, the lattice bricks have a series of physical and chemical properties such as compressive strength and high temperature creep resistance, and the thermal shock resistance and thermal stress resistance are enhanced. The dense coating on the surface of the checkered brick can effectively reduce the erosion of high temperature flue gas and prolong its service life.
Shougang Jingtang Phase I No. 2 5500m3 blast furnace 4 hot blast stoves and two preheating furnaces applied high-radiation coating energy-saving technology in May 2009. It has been put into production for more than 9 years, and the energy-saving effect is still very good.
High-radiation coating energy-saving technology is a patented technology independently developed by Shandong Huimin Technology Development Co., Ltd. and possessing intellectual property rights. The application of high-temperature infrared coating on the hot-blast stove brick or heat storage ball belongs to the intellectual property protection scope of Huimin Technology (patent name: heat exchanger with coating, patent number: ZL 2005 1 0043838.X).
The high-radiation coating energy-saving technology has been applied to more than 550 blast furnace hot blast stoves of more than 70 steel enterprises at home and abroad; in addition to Shougang Jingtang, it is also in the 5800m3 blast furnace hot blast stove of Shagang, the 5600m3 blast furnace hot blast stove of South Korea Pohang, and the steel Rizhao 5100m3 blast furnace hot blast stove, Baosteel Zhanjiang 5050m3 blast furnace hot blast stove and other large blast furnace hot blast stove application.
The project has a one-time investment, no operating and management costs, and is a good energy-saving and emission-reducing project with low investment, quick effect and long-term performance.
