In this case, the dumping investigation period is from July 2015 to December 2015. The period of industrial damage investigation includes April 2012 to March 2013, April 2013 to March 2014, April 2014 to March 2015, April 2015 ~ December 2015 and this dumping investigation period. August 1, 2016, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced that the case made a positive preliminary ruling.
