The first step of the production line——Material uncoiling
we need to fix the material and then uncoil it. Before choosing the material, we will confirm the thickness of the pipe and calculate the width according to the pipe sizes requested by the customers.
How can we guarantee the quality? The standard can meet requirement? And etc.
Don’t worry! Our factory keep the quality in the first position all the time.
For the material:
1. Our material galvanized strip is from some big famous factories around the world.
2. For China grade we have Q195, Q235, Q345. For international standards, our
material can meet ASTM, BS, JIS, etc. So don’t worry about the standard.
3. Thickness tolerance of the material can be controlled in +/-0.03mm. More accurate.
4. Special material also can be customized. But usually for special material we will have a MOQ request. Quantity depends on the material grade.
5. Material needs keep sure the uniformity of the zinc coating. In this way, pipe is not only beautiful, but also with a longer using life.
These points are the main factors that we guarantee the quality.
