Example:
For a 40×40×1.2 mm (6m length, 1000 pcs):
[(40 + 40) × 2 / 3.14 - 1.2] × 1.2 × 0.02466 × 6 × 1000
2. Round Pipe (Round Tube)
Formula:
[(Outer Diameter) - Wall Thickness] × Wall Thickness × 0.02466 × Length × Quantity
Example:
For a 2-inch (OD 59mm) × 1.2 mm (6m length, 1000 pcs):
(59 - 1.2) × 1.2 × 0.02466 × 6 × 1000
3. Oval Pipe (Oval Tube)
Formula:
[(Length + Width) × 2 - 24] / 3.14 - Wall Thickness × Wall Thickness × 0.02466 × Length × Quantity
Example:
For a 30×60×1.2 mm (6m length, 1000 pcs):
