Team development activity
In the end of August, our compay held a company gathering in several departments.
It can not only release our working pressure, but also develop our team spirit.
On 30th morning, we gathered and rented a coach setting off for Shidu where we will hold all the activities. And after about 5 hours driving, we arrived at the destination. After lunch and a short period rest, we truly begun our activities.
Firstly, we seperate in two teams for some funny competitions to enhance our team spirit and cooperation. And then we begun to work together to finish some funny projects.
In the evening we had a big part - Bonfire. We gathered in a circle dancing and singing.
Second day morning, we went to a small lake. Four people a bamboo raft begin a water fight. Everybody enjoy ourselves. After this, we had a stimulating activity that everybody climb to the top of a mountain and slide down by a water road.
In the afternoon, we went to climb a very high mountain named "Yi'xian'tian". Definitely challenge for us.
After we get the top, we begin to get back.
Even though the time is not very long, but we did enhance our team spirit and will use it in the work to get a better grade.
