Millcon President said: "This is not in conflict with trade barriers in WTO regulations, because Thailand has not signed a government procurement agreement (GPA) in the WTO."
He said that although Thailand is a member of the WTO, as long as it does not sign the "Government Procurement Agreement", Thailand can benefit from it and support domestic industries.
