Firstly is the sizes range that we can do. Also most of customers care this more.
For round pipe, we can do the outer diameter from 12 to 114.3 mm; For rectangular and square, we can do 12 by 12 to 50 by 150 and 100 by 100mm. Thickness is from 0.5 to 2.5mm and thickness tolerance can be controlled during +/- 0.03mm. By the way, thickness needs to be confirmed again before placing the orders. It is just a thickness range. Like some big sizes pipes thickness can not be too small. So remember to confirm again. About the length, we can produce from 4 to 12 meter. And length tolerace as what we introduced is -0, +20mm. Another important aspect is the zinc coating. For pre galvanized steel pipe in Tianjin, we are almost the only one who can produce from 40 to 275 gram per square meter.
Besides, we also have our own processing work shop for doing some pipe precessiong our own. Like: Threading, punching, cutting, shrink, bending, oiling, flattening…Check the pictures…
Mention the threading, I need to introduce a special galvanied pipe – conduit pipe for you. We can do the EMT (electrical metallic tubing) pipe as normal standard. Pls check the standard and sizes.
