Interfax news agency, Moscow, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) - the Executive Committee of the Eurasian Economic Commission has decided to impose anti-dumping duties on galvanized steel products originating in China and Ukraine.
According to the news, the Eurasian Economic Commission launched an anti-dumping investigation on galvanized steel sheet products originating in China and Ukraine at the application of stakeholders such as Magnitogorsk Steel Company of Russia and new Lipetsk steel company. According to the investigation results, the Eurasian Economic Commission made the final affirmative determination of anti-dumping, and decided to impose 17% of anti-dumping duty on China Angang Steel Co., Ltd.; 15.2% of anti-dumping duty on Shandong Dongye Metal Technology Development Co., Ltd.; 17% of anti-dumping duty on Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.; 12.69% of anti-dumping duty on China dong'a Yike plate industry Co., Ltd Anti dumping duty: 14.93% for Shandong Gangzhong iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Gansu Jiugang Hongxing iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and Dalian Puxiang steel plate Co., Ltd.; 17% for other Chinese producers. It was decided to impose an anti-dumping duty of 23.9% on mariubol Ilyich metallurgical complex and other manufacturers in Ukraine. The anti-dumping duty is valid for 5 years and the relevant decision will take effect in 30 days.
Eurasian Economic Commission also decided to impose 15.5% anti-dumping duty on seamless steel pipe products originating in China, which is valid for 5 years, and relevant decisions will take effect in 30 days.
