In October, China’s total import and export value was 2.75 trillion yuan, an increase of 22.9%. Among them, exports were 1.49 trillion yuan, up 20.1%; imports were 1.26 trillion yuan, up 26.3%; trade surplus was 233.63 billion yuan, narrowing 5%.

In October, China’s total import and export value was US$400.55 billion, an increase of 18.2%. Among them, exports were 217.28 billion US dollars, up 15.6%; imports were 183.27 billion US dollars, up 21.4%; trade surplus was 34.01 billion US dollars, narrowing 7.8%.
China's exports from January to October increased by 11.3% year-on-year in Renminbi.
Imports increased by 15.5% year-on-year in Renminbi.
According to customs statistics, in the first 10 months of this year, the total value of China's import and export of goods and trade was 25.05 trillion yuan, an increase of 11.3% over the same period last year. Among them, exports were 13.35 trillion yuan, up 7.9%; imports were 11.7 trillion yuan, up 15.5%; trade surplus was 1.65 trillion yuan, narrowing 26.1%.
In dollar terms, in the first 10 months, China’s total import and export value was 3.84 trillion US dollars, an increase of 16.1%. Among them, exports were 2.05 trillion US dollars, up 12.6%; imports were 1.79 trillion US dollars, up 20.3%; trade surplus was 254.2 billion US dollars, narrowing 22.3%.
In the first 10 months, China's general trade import and export was 14.51 trillion yuan, an increase of 14.1%, accounting for 57.9% of China's total foreign trade, an increase of 1.4 percentage points over the same period last year.
