After welding, each pipe surface will exist a welding bead. So we need to remove the welding bead first. But the surface still has a black welding seam. It will result in the rust problem easily. What we will do is to do the zinc supplement.
For zinc supplement, I want to emphasize one point.
We use 1.5mm high purity zinc wire with 99.99% zinc content to do the zinc supplement. So it can more efficiently protect pipe from getting rust.
But some factories will overlook this part which will result that the pipes get rusting in a short time.
So before purchasing, pay more attention to this.
As we all known, after welding and zinc supplement, the pipe temperature is very high. We need use water to cooling down the pipes.

And here is a point, to improve the water utillization: The direction of water goes should be opposite to the direction of the steel pipe comes. Only in this way can we most effectively use water to cool down the pipes.
